Where We Ship

We currently ship across the United States.

Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 72 hours of payment. A confirmation email with your order details is sent right after purchase.

Delivery

Once processed, delivery takes 5 to 12 business days depending on your location. These are estimates: busy periods, carrier delays and customs checks can extend them.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and can follow your package on the carrier's website.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on every order across the United States.

Late or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived 20 business days after you placed it, email contact.boardmere@gmail.com with your order number. We investigate straight away and will either reship your order or refund it in full.

Packages That Arrive Damaged

If your order shows up damaged, photograph it and contact contact.boardmere@gmail.com within 72 hours. We send a replacement at no extra cost.
