1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to your use of boardmere.com and to any purchase of BoardMere products. Placing an order means you accept them.

2. Products

BoardMere acacia cutting boards are sold as kitchenware. Solid wood is a natural material, so grain and color vary slightly from board to board. Please follow the care instructions supplied with the product (hand wash, oil regularly).

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Payment is taken securely at checkout. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping

We ship to the United States. Orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours, and delivery takes a further 5 to 12 business days. Orders ship from our overseas fulfillment partner. US shipping is free on every order. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every product we sell, including items bought at a promotional price. Returns must be approved by our support team before you ship anything back, and return shipping is paid by the customer — we do not provide prepaid return labels. 6. Digital Products

Digital downloads, such as our recipe e-book, are delivered by email immediately after purchase and are not returnable once downloaded.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BoardMere's liability for any claim arising from the use of, or inability to use, a product is limited to the purchase price paid for it.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on boardmere.com (text, images, branding and design) belongs to BoardMere and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
